Common rubber types for gasket manufacturing:
EPDM Rubber
Choose from a range of EPDM rubber grades or contact us for advice on which grade to use.
Neoprene Rubber
You can choose from a wide selection of different Neoprene rubber grades from general purpose to British Standard Neoprene. For advice on which grade is most suitable for your gasket project please contact us.

Nitrile Rubber
Our range of Nitrile rubber includes general purpose and British Standard fuel grades. If you are unsure which grade is suitable for your project please contact us for expert advice.

Tan Para Shotblast Rubber

White and Coloured Silicone Rubber
Your gasket can be manufactured from a choice of general purpose silicone rubber in a variety of colours including white, red, blue, black and translucent.

Viton Rubber
Genuine Viton rubber gives results unobtainable by other materials. We can cut and supply your gaskets from Viton rubber to your specifications. Please contact us to discuss options or for expert advice.
Insertion Rubber
Our Insertion rubber is a general purpose grade made with a blend of Natural or Styrene Butadiene rubber. Alternatives are available, please contact us to discuss options.
Natural SBR Rubber
We offer a range of Natural rubbers suitable for a range of applications including British Standard natural rubber, natural shotblast and tear/abrasive resistant variation.

Expanded Foam Sponge Rubber
Our general purpose Expanded Neoprene rubber is available with or without an adhesive backing. We are able to manufacture in a range of grades, please contact us to discuss options where general purpose does not suffice or complete our gasket builder.
Butyl Rubber
We can manufacure your gasket from Butyl rubber, generally using a premium quality Butyl with a 65° shore hardness. Please contact us for specialist requirements.
